Electromechanical Works of Nurdağı-Malatya Line
We are undertaking the reconstruction of the single-track catenary system between Nurdağı and Malatya, covering a total length of 195 km, including sections affected by earthquake damage, in full compliance with national and international standards and designed for a speed capacity of 120 km/h + 10%. As part of the project, we are constructing two 27.5 kV substations to supply the catenary line and carrying out all associated electrical infrastructure works.
The modernization of the system also includes the revision of SCADA systems, as well as the reconstruction of signaling, telecommunications, and CCTV systems at 13 existing stations and 4 sidings. Additionally, 7 newly constructed sidings are equipped with state-of-the-art signaling, telecommunications, and CCTV systems as part of the project.
A critical component of the project is the design and installation of electromechanical systems for the T7 Tunnel, carried out by Yapıtel. These comprehensive works aim to ensure that the line operates in a safe, efficient, and sustainable manner, fully restoring sections impacted by seismic events.
